Saturday, February 18th
- Bus to ski at North Creek Ski Bowl
- Bus leaves QHS at 8:30 am
- Classic ski workout
- Bus returns to QHS around 12:30 pm

Monday, February 20th
- Backcounty ski into Great Santanoni ADK Camp, Newcomb NY
- Bus leaves QHS at 8 am
- Arrive at trailhead around 9:30 am
- Have backpack with food and liquid and a flannel
- Backcountry ski into Camp: 5 miles in 5 out, easy skiing
- Bus will return to QHS around 2:30 - 3 pm

Tuesday, February 21st
- Practice at QHS at 9 am
- Meet in track shed
- Rollerski or bound

Wednesday, February 22nd
- Bus to ski at North Creek Ski Bowl
- Bus leaves QHS at 8:30 am

- Scotia Relays at Crandall Park (Brookhaven Golf course will be the backup venue)

Hi All!

Below is the plan for the week for HS (9-12). Check it out in order to be best prepared for each practice. Reminder, if you have not done so already, please get registered and cleared on FamilyID so you can begin practicing!

Monday, November 14th
- Meet in room 122 at 3 pm
- Bounding/run (bring classic ski poles, or skate poles if you have them). Have running shoes.

Tuesday, November 15th
- Meet in room 122 at 3 pm
- Rollerski
- Bring all rollerski gear: (rollerskis (personal and school issued), boots, poles, and helmet)!

Wednesday, November 16th
- Meet at 3 pm in track shed
- Rollerski then weight room

Thursday, November 17th
- Meet in room 12 at 3 pm
- Rollerski, have all necessary gear

Friday, November 18th
- Meet in room 122 at 3 pm
-Games, run/bound, then weight room
