- LG/Glens Falls invy at Gore or Lapland (to be determined)
- Bus departure time (to be determined, based on race venue)

Thursday, January 30th
- Practice (Classic ski) at Gore
- Bus leaves QHS at 3:00 pm

Friday, January 31st
- Practice at QHS
- Skate Ski
- Strength

- Pre-race
- Meet in room 163 @ 3:00 pm
- 30 min skate ski
- Wax skate skis for Friday's race

Friday, January 24th
- Mayfield Invy @ Lapland Lake
- Bus leaves QHS @ 11:30 am
- Race times
    - 2:00 PM -  Modified
    - Beginner Girls and Boys directly following modified
    - 3:00 PM - Varsity Girls followed by Varsity Boys then JV Girls followed by Varsity Boys

Saturday, January 25th and January 26th
- Distance Ski.  More details to be announced.


   

Week 10

Hi Team!

Below is the plan for the week.  This Saturday is our own Invitational at Gore Mountain.  Parents: we will need to provide volunteers to work timing and the finish line for this race.  If you are able to volunteer, please let me know!  Also happening this Saturday at Gore is the HURT (Hudson United Race Team) Junior National Qualifier.  Racers: if you wish to do this race, please register on SkiReg. 

Monday, January 13th
- Meet in room 163 at 3 pm
- Strength
- Rollerski (have all gear)

Tuesday, January 14th
- Practice at Gore Mt.
- Bus leaves Q at 3 pm and returns at 6:15 pm
- Skate ski workout

Wednesday, January 15th
- Practice at Q
- Meet at 3 pm in track shack with rollerski gear
- Rollerski

Thursday, January 16th
- Ski at Gore
- Bus leaves Q at 3 pm and returns at 6:15 pm
- Skate or classic weather depending

Friday, January 17th
- Pre-race practice at Q
- Meet in room 163 at 3 pm
- Wax classic skis for Queensbury Invitational

Saturday, January 18th
- Bus leaves Q at 7:30 am
Schedule of Races:
9:45 a.m. - Modified (7th and 8th grade) and High School Beginner Race
10:45 a.m. sharp – *JNQ/NYSSRA Girls, (time gap), followed by HS Varsity Girls, followed by HS JV Girls
12:00 p.m. sharp – *JNQ/NYSSRA Boys, (time gap), followed by HS Varsity Boys, followed by HS JV Boys

Week 9

Monday, January 6th
- Practice at Gore Mt. Nordic Center (skate ski)
- Bus leaves QHS at 3:00 pm
- Bus returns to QHS at 6:15 pm

- Team meeting

- Practice at QHS (Pre-race)
- Team meeting at 3:00 pm in room 163
- Core/Weight room
- Wax skate skis for Wednesdays race

Wednesday, January 8th
- Johnstown-Guilderland Invitational at Lapland Lake
- Excused at 11:30 am bus leaves at 11:45 am
- Race Schedule
    - Mods: 2:00 pm followed by HS Beginner
    - Varsity Girls: 3:00 pm
    - Varsity Boys: Directly after Varsity Girls.  JV Girls then Boys to follow.

Thursday, January 9th
- Practice at QHS
- Activities TBD depending on weather

Friday, January 10th
- Bus to practice at Gore Mt.
- Bus leaves at 3:00 pm and will return around 6:30 pm
