Monday, 12 - 12
- Meet in room 122 at 3 pm
- Have rollerski gear
- Rollerski
- Have running shoes as back up!

Tuesday, 12 - 13
- Meet in room 122 at 3 pm
- Have rollerski gear
- Rollerski
- Distribute poles

Wednesday, 12 - 14
- Meet at track shed at 3 pm
- Have poles for bounding and running shoes
- Bound
- Weight room then scrape summer wax off skate skis

Thursday, 12-15
- Meet at 3 pm in room 122

- Have running gear

- Run then Core

Friday, 12 - 16
- Classic ski at school (if school is not cancelled)

Saturday, 12-17
- Bus to ski at North Creek Ski Bowl
- Classic ski
- Bus leaves at 8:30 am
- Bus will return to Queensbury around 12:30 pm
- Have food and liquid
