Nordic Week 10

Tuesday, January 18th
High School
- Meet in room 163 at 3 pm
- Skate ski on school trails
- Have shoes and gear for weight room (if weight room is available).

Middle School
- Meet in MS Wax room at 3 pm
- Skate ski on school trails 

Wednesday, January 19th
High School and Middle School
- Bus to classic ski at Gore Nordic Center
- Bus leaves QHS at 3:00 pm
- Bus returns at 6:20 pm

Thursday, January 20th
High School
- Clean and wax classic skis for Friday's race
- ski/run or weight room

Middle School
- Clean and wax classic skis for Friday's race
- ski/run

Friday, January 21st
High School and Middle School
- Buses leave at 11:30 am, excused at 11:15
- Race Schedule
2:15 Modified followed by beginners
3:00 Varsity girls followed by Varsity Boys, then JV Girls followed by JV Boys

Saturday, January 22nd
High School and Modified
- Bus to ski at Garnet Hill Nordic Center
-Bus leaves QHS at 8:30 am
