Nordic Week 5

Monday, January 11th
- On your own.
- Skate ski at school or Coles Woods, 70 - 75 minutes

Tuesday, January 12th
- Meet at 3 pm in Blue Gym for screening
- Weight room
- Classic ski at school

Wednesday, January 13th
- Meet at 3 pm in Blue Gym for screening
- Pre-race information
- Wax Groups, then wax classic ski for Thursday’s race at Lapland Lake
- Skate ski with pick-ups

Thursday, January 14th
- Classic race at Lapland Lake
- Start Time 3 pm
- Excused from classes at 11:45 am bus leaves at 12:00 noon

Friday, January 15th
- Practice at Gore Mt. Nordic Center
- Bus leaves at 3:00 pm
- Technique TBD
