Week 6

Monday, December 16th
- Practice at QHS
- Weight Room at 3:00 pm (head directly to weight room)
- Skate ski on snow patch at QHS
- Team Pictures at 4:20 pm (have skier clothing).  Look like a Nordic skier!

Tuesday, December 17th
- Skate ski at Gore Mt. Nordic Center
- Bus leaves QHS at 3:00 pm
- Bus returns around 6:15 pm
 
Wednesday, December 18th
- Practice at QHS
- Meet in room 163 at 3:00 pm
- Team Meeting: Skier of the week winners announced from last week and voting for skier of week from this past week
- Ski / Run (weather dependant)
- Weight room at 4:00 pm
- Clean classic skis and mark kick zones

Thursday, December 19th
- Classic ski at Gore Mt. Nordic Center
- Bus leaves QHS at 3:00 pm
- Bus returns around 6:15 pm

Friday, December 20th
- Practice at QHS
- Meet in room 163 at 3:00 pm
- TBA
 
Saturday, December 21st and 22nd
- Ski! On own or preferably in groups.
