Week 8

Monday, January 2nd
- Practice at Queensbury High School
- Meet at 9 am in track shed
- Rollerski (have all the gear)!

Tuesday, January 3rd
- Ski (classic) at North Creek Ski Bowl
- Bus leaves QHS at 3 pm
- Workout
- Bus returns to Q around 6:20 pm

Wednesday, January 4th
- Meet in room 122 in QHS
- Run/bound
- Weight room

Thursday, January 5th
- Ski (skate) at North Creek Ski Bowl
- Bus leaves QHS at 3 pm
- Bus returns to QHS around 6:20 pm

Friday, January 6th
- Meet in wax shed at 3 pm
- Wax classic skis for Queensbury Invitational at North Creek Ski Bowl
- Run/wax groups

Saturday, January 7th
- Queensbury Invitational at North Creek Ski Bowl
- Bus leaves QHS at 9:30 am

- Race Schedule

     - 12:45 pm Modified, 1:30 pm Varsity Boys followed by girls, then JV Boys followed by JV girls
- Volunteers needed
