Nordic Week 7

Monday, December 26th
- OFF from team training.  Run/ski on own 70 minutes

Tuesday, December 27th:
- Practice at Garnet Hill Ski Lodge
- Bus leaves QHS at 8:30 am 
- Skate Ski
- Bus returns around 2 pm

Wednesday, December 28th:
- Practice at North Creek Ski Bowl
- Bus Leaves at 8:30 am
- Skate Ski
- Bus returns approximately 12:30 pm

Thursday, December 29th:
- Practice at QHS

- Meet at 9 am in track shed
- Wax Skate skis for Queensbury Relays
- Running/ski groups
- Race info. For Friday

Friday, December 30th:
- Queensbury Relays (skate) at North Creek Ski Bowl (not enough snow to hold in Queensbury)
- Bus leaves QHS at 7:30 am
- Race Schedule: Modified - 10:00 am, High School Boys 11:00, High School Girls 11:45
- Parent Volunteers Needed to help with timing
