The shade of the bike path gave us another great day to roller ski on Thursday afternoon. We got in a bit of a sustained ski followed by some agility and strength drills. We will be doing the same thing again on Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 at the intersection of Route 149 and the bike path. We have extra roller skis if you need some. Look forward to seeing everyone thing!
