Bus leaves at 3 pm to practice at North Creek Ski Bowl.

Dress warmly! Temperatures are expected to be very cold, it is crucial you have the proper clothing and keep moving when outside!

Girls
- 3:00 pm weight room
- 3:30 clean classic skis. Saturday's JNQ racers will clean and wax classic skis for Saturday's JNQ race.
- 4:00 jog 25 minutes
Boys
- 3:00 pm clean classic skis. Saturday's JNQ racers will clean and wax classic skis for Saturday's JNQ race
- 3:30 weight roomSaturday, January 15th No Queensbury Invite Race, Cancelled due to extremely cold temperatures predicted. JNQ races will happen on the schedule below.
2:00 PM - JNQ Boys followed by JNQ Girls

Wax classic and skate skis for Monday's pursuit race at Mt. Van Hoevenberg, Lake Placid. Sunday's JNQ racers will wax skate skis for that race at this time.
Monday, January 17th
- Buses leave QHS at 7:00 am for Section 7 Pursuit race at Mt. Van Hoevenberg.
